Shera was born in California and was raised in the suburbs of Los Angeles. Having artistic parents and frequent trips to museums led to an early exposure to art.
Shera received her formal training at an atelier--Associates in Art in Sherman Oaks, Ca. For four years she studied under the tutelage of Serge Michaels, Mark Westermoe and many others. During her time there Shera was exposed to and influenced by many artists such as Nicolai Fechin, John Singer Sargent, and Dean Cornwell. Since then, she has found further inspiration from the works of Aaron Douglas, Klimt, Joaquin Sorolla, and the California Impressionists.

Shera does not collect your private information and keeps address information only for shipping and billing purposes. Contact information is used occasionally for correspondence with customers. We do not sell or otherwise disclose customer information to ANYONE. The majority of my prices do not include a frame. If you would like me to frame it for you before sending it, I will be happy to do so but I will have to ask you to pay for that service in advance. Please use the Contact form for details.

- By using the contact form and sending Shera a check or Money Order.

RETURN POLICY: Paintings returned to us within 7 days of a confirmed purchase (in the same condition that it was shipped in...i.e. no damage) will be refunded in full.

The artist retains the copyright for all works of art. Sale of the artwork does not imply transfer of copyright ownership.
Commisions:
I am available for commisions (custom ordered paintings). I will work with you to determine what inspires you and prepare a written proposal for the desired painting.
